It's Tea Time!
Today, thanks to ArtsyMama’s lovely initiative, we are having an International Tea Party.
I am very glad to participate, although modestly, in this great event.
I have always wanted to make a cross stitched cottage tea cosy. Unfortunately, I have not been able to materialize this dream, mainly because I have not yet found a suitable pattern (or at least one that pleased me).
Meanwhile, I have browsed the internet and gathered a few other patterns, ranging from plain to more sophisticated, or from practical to more extravagant. I have even found a knitted cottage tea cosy!
And, last but not least, the knitted cottage tea cosy that I mentioned earlier:
I hope that a lot of people from all over the world will join us and look forward to "meeting" them.
Let's have a beautiful day and a wonderful party!
Edition of 25th March: Due to a technical misshap, my friend Myriam's picture could not be posted on ArtsyMama's blog.
Here it is now.
Isn't this a lovely teapot? The cake looks very yummy, too. ;-)
